From first conversation to a working automation

Five steps, no surprises. You see the workflow before you commit, and the contract says what happens if we fall short.

The client journey

Every project follows the same path, whether it is one person’s inbox or a whole company’s order desk.

  1. First contact

Either we reach out to you, or you contact us or create an account and tell us what you would like automated. There is no cost and no obligation at this stage.

    • A short reply from a person, not a sales sequence
  2. Discovery meeting

We meet online, go through the emails and tasks that eat your time, and take detailed notes: where the information lives, who decides what, which cases are sensitive.

    • A written summary of your needs
    • Our honest view of what is worth automating
  3. Mock workflow

We prepare a mock of how the automation could work, using examples from your own inbox. You see what the agent would do with each email before anything is built.

    • A demo workflow you can review in your account
    • A clear list of what is flagged to a person
  4. Contract of deliverables

If you want to proceed, we draft a contract listing exactly what will be delivered, how success is measured, the timeline and how you pay.

    • Fixed scope and acceptance criteria
    • One-off, subscription or combined payment
  5. Build, test and deliver

We build the agents and your control dashboard, test against real cases, run diagnostics and keep working until the agreed deliverables are met.

    • A live automation with its own dashboard
    • Test results and a diagnostics report

The delivery guarantee

At the end of the project we check the result against the acceptance criteria in your contract. There are only two possible outcomes, and in the second one you decide what happens.

Deliverables met

The automation goes live under the payment terms you agreed. Your dashboard, tests and diagnostics stay in place.

Deliverables not met

You choose one of two options:

  • Your money backfor the deliverables that were not met, as set out in the contract.
  • Renegotiatea revised scope, timeline or price, if you still want to proceed.

How payment works

Every automation is different, so we do not publish a price list. The price is agreed in the contract of deliverables, after you have seen the mock workflow.

Request a demo

One-off project

A fixed price for building and delivering the automation.

Subscription

A monthly fee covering running, monitoring, diagnostics and changes.

Combined

A build fee plus a smaller monthly fee. Common for automations that keep growing.
